A City Heights apartment building has been sold for nearly $2.8 million.
Acropolis Capital LLC bought the building at 4218 49th St. from the 49thOne Family Limited Partnership of San Jose.
Built in 1968, the 13.174 square-foot complex has 16 apartments.
The apartments are 600 square feet for one-bedroom units and 800 square feet for two bedroom units.
