A Chula Vista industrial building has been sold for $2.4 million.
The 10,978 square-foot building at 1016 Colorado Ave. was acquired by Tuff Products, which has occupied a portion of the property for more than 10 years.
The seller, 1060 Colorado Ave., LLC., was represented by Ben Tashakorian, senior managing director, and Brad Peters, investment specialist, in Marcus & Millichap’s San Diego office.
