A Chula Vista apartment complex has been sold for $3.5 million.
Neither the buyer nor the seller was disclosed in the sale of the 12,374 square-foot complex at 547 Glover Ave.
Built in 1970, the two-story complex has 15 apartments.
There are four one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments of about 600 square feet, eight two-bedroom, one bathroom apartments of about 875 square feet, two three-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments of about 975 square feet and one four-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment of about 1,000 square feet.
The seller was represented by Seth Watje and Adam Cairo of the Gold Bear Group of South Coast Commercial, Inc.
The buyer was represented by Robert Weinberger of RJW Properties, Inc.
