A Solana Beach mixed-use building that combines retail and office space has been sold for an undisclosed price.
C2 Building Group bought the building at 107 S. Cedros Ave. from FABRIC. C2 had been the largest tenant in the 4,350 square-foot building.
The building is part of the Cedros Design District, an artistic and commercial corridor in Solana Beach.
Brokering the transaction were Amy McNamara and Joe Brady of Urban Property Group.
