A Carlsbad industrial building has been sold for $13 million.
Elion Acq, LLC bought the building, 6212 Corte del Abeto in the Palomar Airport Business Park.
The seller was not disclosed
Built in 1987, the 70,224 square-foot building has two dock high doors, six grade level doors, ceiling clearance up to 26 feet, and visibility to Palomar Airport Road.
