A Carlsbad apartment complex has been sold for $3.2 million.
The nine-unit complex at 3244-56 Lincoln St. was sold by the Potter Family Trust of Carlsbad to the Soo Family Trust of Carlsbad.
The buyer was represented by Michi Suzuki of Keller Williams Realty and the seller was represented by Benn Vogelsang of South Coast Commercial, Inc.
The units range in size from 400 square feet to 800 square feet.
