Maple Polynesia Apartments, 137 Maple Ave., was acquired by La Mer Properties, LP.
The seller was not disclosed.
The complex has six one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments on a 3,618 square-foot lot.

Monthly rental rates range from $1,600 to $1,995.
