A Carlsbad office building has been sold for $14 million.
The Carlsbad Airport Plaza at 5963 La Place Court was sold by Swift Real Estate Partners to a limited partnership controlled by the principals of Peregrine Realty Partners, a commercial real estate firm.
The three-story, 64,817 square-foot building features new landscaping and newly renovated common areas and restrooms. The balconies in some suites also have been renovated.
Louay Alsadek and Hunter Rowe of CBRE represented Swift Real Estate Partners.
The buyers represented themselves.
“Carlsbad Airport Plaza provides an excellent value-add upside, which generated significant interest,” Alsadek said. “Swift executed substantial renovations to reposition the asset in a highly competitive and dynamic submarket.”
