Bench Space Coworks has leased a 4,000 square foot building in Torrey Pines Business Park.
The terms of the lease for the 3962 Sorrento Valley Blvd. structure were undisclosed.
Mike Habib and Alice Kulikowski of Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT represented Bench Space Coworks.
Tim Olson, executive vice president of JLL represented Torrey Pines Business Park.

Bench Space Coworks is a membership-based office, lab and light industrial space.
The company offers workspaces, hands-on-workshops, private offices, dedicated desks, conference rooms, light industrial workspace, and storage and crafting benches.
