A three-story Bankers Hill mixed-use building has been sold for $3.9 million.
Douglas and Lara Hamm of Hamm/Creative House sold the 5,400 square-foot building at 2630 6th Ave. The buyer was not disclosed.
Douglas Hamm said they bought the building in 2019 for $2.5 million.
The property was developed in the early 1990’s with two residential units on the top two floors and an art gallery/office on the first floor, Douglas Hamm said.

The building also has a subterranean parking garage and an elevator.
