A Cherokee Point apartment complex has been sold for $3.7 million.
Pathfinders Tradewinds 35th Street Holdings, LLC acquired the property from Loginovs A, LLC.
The 10,875 square foot project at 3846-3850 35th St. has 12 apartments – eight thee bedroom, two-bathroom apartments and four two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments. They range from about 900 square feet to about 1,100 square feet, according to CoStar, a real estate tracking service.
Pathfinders plans to raise rents and renovate the interior and exterior of the buildings and add washer-driers in the apartments.
Abe Peay and Jeff Diller, senior associates at South Coast Commercial Inc., represented both parties in the transaction.
