The buyer of Villa Grand Apartments, 1360 E. Madison Ave., was not disclosed.
The seller was 1360 E Madison, LLC.
Peter Scepanovic and Corey McHenry of Colliers International represented the buyer.

Coldwell Banker Commercial represented the seller.
The 64,900 square-foot complex has 110 apartments in a mix of one-bedroom and two-bedroom units on a nearly 4.6-acre site.
Amenities include a pool and spa and a clubhouse.
