Xavier Family Trust of Del Mar has purchased a 14-unit apartment building in San Diego’s City Heights neighborhood for $2.09 million, according to brokerage firm South Coast Commercial Inc.
The seller of the property, at 2609-15 Fairmount Ave., was First City Properties LLC of San Diego. The buyer and seller were represented by South Coast’s Benn Vogelsang.
The property was built in 1973, and the buyer plans to make renovations to the apartment units.
