Rethwisch Enterprises LLC of Villa Park has acquired a Chula Vista industrial building for $9.4 million, according to brokerage firm Colliers International Group Inc.
The seller of the 79,611-square-foot, single-tenant property, at 505 Main St., was an affiliate of San Diego-based PacVentures Inc.
The buyer was represented by Steve Brackman of Ashwill Associates, and the seller was represented by Colliers’ Paul Lafrenz. The building’s tenant is Jabil, a global manufacturing services company, which earlier acquired former tenant Nypro.
PacVentures completed an extensive renovation of the industrial warehouse building, which was originally constructed in 1985.
