Investor Andrew Lisowski has acquired the Carlsbad Corporate Center office property in Carlsbad for approximately $4.26 million, according to brokerage company Marcus & Millichap Inc., which represented the seller.
The seller of the 28,042-square-foot property, at 2385 Camino Vida Roble, was Pedroza Apartments LP of Coronado, represented by Ben Tashakorian and Nick Totah of Marcus & Millichap. Duane Fluegge of Capital Realty Partners represented the buyer, with Chad O’Connor of Marcus & Millichap securing a loan for the buyer.
Brokers said the building was fully occupied at the time of sale by several tenants. The two-story building was constructed on 1.67 acres in 1984.
