Blue Hat LLC of Carlsbad has purchased the Atrium I Corporate Center office building in that city for $3.85 million, according to brokerage company Colliers International.
The seller of the 28,585-square-foot property, at 2714 Loker Ave., was ECP Midwest LLC of Denver, represented by Colliers’ Jon Walters, Amy McNamara and Marc Posthumus.
Brokers said the buyer plans to occupy approximately 10,000 square feet for general office uses in early 2016, with the remainder to be leased out. The three-story property was built on 1.69 acres in 1990 and was 10 percent occupied at the time of sale.
