Smith Family Trust has purchased the 21-unit Pine Avenue Apartments in Carlsbad for approximately $6.58 million, according to brokerage company ACRE Investment Real Estate Services.
The seller of the property, at 235 Pine Ave., was locally based 235 Pine Avenue LLC. The buyer was represented by ACRE’s Craig Stewart and Chase Sandrik, and the seller was represented by Nadia Colucci.
The property was built on 0.84 acres in 1961.
