This year’s update will consist of two morning presentations on Zoom.

Falcone is a bestselling author of numerous HR performance and leadership books as well as an instructor at UCLA Extension’s School of Business and Management.

Also on the program are three of the best labor and employment law attorneys in California: Chris Olmsted, Shareholder at Ogletree Deakins and SDEA’s attorney; Lonny Zilberman, Partner at Wilson Turner Kosmo; and Daniel Eaton, Shareholder at Seltzer Caplan McMahon Vitek.

Each esteemed attorney will provide perspectives and information that employers need to know to keep their businesses up to date, be compliant and keep them on top of the ever-changing world of employment law.

Following the presentations, they will come together on a panel to discuss issues most pertinent to the employers in the audience. That panel will be moderated by USD Law Professor Gail Heriot.
