An Oceanside apartment complex has been sold for $2.25 million.
Fortuna Properties Group, LLC bought the property at 1436 Dubuque St. from FJ Property, LLC.
Built in 1988, the complex has a mix of studios, one-bedroom apartments, and a two-bedroom apartment. It also has five garages.
Cody Evans, senior vice president of South Coast Commercial, Inc. represented the buyer.
Mark Morgan of Apartments Consulting, Inc. represented the seller.
