A Dallas buyer listed as Apartments at Little Italy LLC has purchased Broadstone Little Italy, a 203-unit apartment building in downtown San Diego, for $102.5 million, according to CoStar Group and public data.
The seller was Alliance Residential Co. of Phoenix, which completed the development at 1980 Kettner Blvd. earlier this year. Dixie Hall, of brokerage company CBRE Group Inc., represented the buyer and seller.
Alliance Residential has built several apartments projects in San Diego County. It is currently at work on a 100-unit apartment community in Bankers Hill and a 360-unit project in Kearny Mesa, both under construction and set for openings in early 2015.
