Stricker Family Partnership of San Bernardino has purchased the 45-unit The Ridge on Jackson apartment community in La Mesa for $8.9 million, according to real estate services company HFF Inc., which arranged financing for the deal.
An HFF statement said the company also marketed the property, at 5639 Jackson Drive, on behalf of the seller, Curtis Capital Group of Seattle. HFF’s Hunter Combs represented the seller, and the company’s Zach Koucos led the placement of a $5.6 million acquisition loan on behalf of the new owner.
The six-building apartment community was built on 1.5 acres in 1978 and was partially renovated in 2014. It was 98 percent leased at the time of sale
