Leaders of two locally based financial services firms recently joined to form Trillium Capital Partners Inc., a commercial real estate lending company with headquarters in Encinitas.
The company is led by David Stankaitis of Triple Eight Commercial Mortgage in Encinitas, and David Rousseau of San Diego Lending Inc. Rousseau said those two companies will continue to operate, but the majority of future business will be done by the new entity.
Trillium has so far closed approximately $16 million in commercial transactions, most recently arranging a $4.25 million loan on 60 condos within a 180-unit complex in Del Mar. Recent transactions have also involved apartment and retail buildings, among other property types.
