The U.S. Navy inked ship maintenance agreements with three major shipyards in the Port of San Diego. BAE Systems San Diego Ship Repair, Huntington Ingalls Industries Inc. and General Dynamics NASSCO will now bid on work valued at up to $90.3 million.
