Renovate America earlier this year signed a seven-year lease to consolidate its employees in a 160,000 square foot space at the Rancho Vista Corporate Center in Rancho Bernardo. San Francisco-based Swift Real Estate Partners had acquired the space from HP Inc. for $69 million and spent about $12 million to renovate the space.
