Business Park Drive Holdings LLC, a Maryland limited liability company, has purchased a Vista retail center out of foreclosure proceedings for $8.5 million, according to CoStar Group and public data.
The selling party was listed as Old Republic Title Co., as trustee in the transaction. The prior property owner was Vista Palomar Park Partners LP.
Vista Palomar Park, at 3211-3281 Business Park Drive, consists of seven buildings constructed primarily in 1999 and 2000, totaling approximately 32,000 square feet.
Most of the buildings were fully leased at the time of sale, with tenants including Jack in the Box, Taco Bell and Submarina.
