A nearly 7.9-acre parcel of land in Vista entitled for up to 103 two-story townhomes has been sold for nearly $13.6 million.
The property at the corner of Green Oak Road and Sycamore Avenue was bought by an affiliate of Beazer Homes.
The seller was Providence Capital Group.
Matt Weaver of Lee & Associates brokered the sale.
“It is rare to have a fully entitled site over 100 residential units anywhere in North County San Diego,” Weaver said. “There was a ton of competition for the site which is emblematic of the hot land market we are in.”
