PB Apartment Building Sells for $3.55M

A Pacific Beach apartment building has been sold for $3.55 million.

Urbanization, LLC sold the building at 1766-1770 Grand Ave. to K&N Properties.

The building is on a 9,358-square-foot lot and has six apartments – one four-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment; one three-bedroom, two-bathroom townhome; two two-bedroom, 1 ½ bathroom apartments, and two one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments.

All of the apartments have fireplaces and garages.

Gary B. Urtiaga, senior vice president of Apartment Realty Group, represented the seller.

Nick Rakela, an investment associate at Apartment Realty Group, represented the buyer.
