A pair of Pacific Beach apartment buildings have been sold for $8 million.
The buildings at 969 Thomas Ave. and 974 Thomas Ave. are across the street from each other.
The seller was The Hudec Living Trust.
MR ENTERPRISSE, LLC bought the building at 969 Thomas Ave. for $4.87 million.
MR LA PLAYA, LLC bought the property at 974 Thomas Ave. for $3.13 million.

Combined, the buildings have a total of 22 studio apartments and one one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment.
There also are 16 off-street parking spaces, two garages, and a shared on-site laundry room.
Gary B. Urtiaga, senior vice President, and Nick Rakela, investment associate of Apartment Realty Group represented the buyer and seller.
