Two Pacific Beach apartment complexes have been sold for a combined price of nearly $7.5 million.
The projects at 1819 Chalcedony St. and 1319 Hornblend St were acquired by Karsten Joehnk from Trust No. P.T. 1495, renamed to Trust No. 1082-0293-00 of Santa Ana.
The seller was represented by Dylan E. Wright, vice president of ACRE Investment Real Estate Services.
The buyer was represented by Alex Joehnk of Alex Joehnk Real Estate.
The 1819 Chalcedony Street complex was built in 1969 with 5,434 square feet of rentable space on a 6,242 square-foot lot.
It has five one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments of 600 square feet and three two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments of 800 square feet.
The complex was sold for $3,532,900.
 The property at 1319 Hornblend Street was built in 1969 and has 5,880 square feet of rentable space on a 6,220 square-foot lot.
It has four one-bedroom, 1.5 bathroom apartments of 575 square feet, three two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments of 800 square feet, and one three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment of about 1,100 square feet. The property sold for $3,926,350.
