An Oceanside apartment complex has been sold for $4.4 million.
F & F Income Properties, LLC bought the property at 1037 S. Cleveland St.
The seller was the Marilyn DeGroot Charitable Trust.
The three-story, 8,100-square-foot property has a mix of one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments with asking rents between $1,914 and $2,136 per month.
Craig Stewart with ACRE Investment Real Estate Services represented the buyer and the seller.

The property had multiple offers and sold for $200,000 over the list price, according to Stewart.
