A North Park apartment building has been sold for $3 million.
Crimson Pointe, LLC bought the building at 4032 Alabama St.
The seller was 4032 Alabama Street Properties, LLC of Kansas.
Benn Vogelsang of South Coast Commercial, Inc. represented the buyer.
David Rose of Dream Makers Realty represented the seller.

The building has eight apartments in a mix of 900 square-foot, two-bedroom apartments and 600 square-foot, one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments.
“The property has uniquely large floorplans and tremendous upside,” Vogelsang said.
