Nicholas Totah bought the property at 4633-39th 30th St.
The seller was Doru Tifui of Reginier/Simpson/Tifui, LLC.
The 10,350 square-foot project has 10 apartments in a mix of one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units.
Amenities include fireplaces and balconies.
