A National City apartment complex has been sold for $3.8 million.
Built in 1963, the two-story complex at 1802 E 12th St. was sold by the Stewart Family Trust.
The buyer was not disclosed.
The 8, 340 square-foot complex has sixteen one-bedroom apartments of about 550 square feet.
The buyer and seller were represented by Adam Cairo and Seth Watje of South Coast Commercial, Inc.’s Gold Bear Group.
