A nearly $4.3 million acquisition loan was secured by Marcus & Millichap Capital Corp. for a Vista apartment complex.
The borrower was DGT Postal I.
The loan was for a 40,075-square-foot, two-story complex with 20-apartments at 991 Postal Way.
The terms included a 6.85% interest rate, a three-year term and a 65% loan-to-value ratio.
Chad O’Connor of Marcus & Millichap secured the loan.
“The low-rise apartment complex is in one of the fastest growing population areas in the North County region just north of San Diego, making it a highly desirable asset,” O’Connor said.
