Ali Hasoun bought the two-story complex at 720 and 722 W. Juniper St.
The seller was Home Adopters Development, LLC.
With 5,057 square feet of rentable space, the complex has two, two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments, one one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment, and a second-floor office.
The seller was represented by Adam Cairo and Seth Watje of Starker West, Inc.
The buyer was represented by Carlos Orellana of Orellana Real Estate.
