 A Kearny Mesa office building has been sold for $4.2 million.
Magnolia 54, LLC, an affiliate of CEG Capital Partners, bought the 21,168 square foot building at 3635 Ruffin Road in the Ruffin Road Business Center.
The seller was Ruffin Road Ventures Lot IV.
Pat Geary of CEG Advisors represented the buyer.
Nicole Astorga of SVN Vanguard represented the seller.
