Imperial Beach Apartment Complex Sold

An Imperial Beach apartment building has been sold for nearly $5.3 million. 

Panama Hospitality, LLC bought the property at 612 Delaware St. 

The seller was Swede Benjamin & Aileen 1990 Survivors Trust, care of James J. Gallenberger. 

The 12,857 square-foot building has 19 apartments.  

Jason Lee at JLM Real Estate, Inc. represented the buyer.  

Brendan Flynn at South Coast Commercial represented the seller.
