Hillcrest Shopping Center Sold for $4M

A Hillcrest strip shopping center has been sold for $4 million.

The two retail spaces in the 10,799 square foot building at 1451-1459 University Ave. are home to Michoz Fresh Lebanese Grill and Father Joe’s Village Thrift Store.

The property was sold by SFD Enterprises, LLC.

The buyer was 3715 University, LP.

Code Evans, senior vice president of South Coast Commercial, Inc. represented the buyer and seller.
