A Golden Hill apartment complex has been sold for $2.1 million.
The Willetts Family Trust bought the apartments at 2511 A. St. from Michael and Margaret McKenna.
The project consists of three buildings on a 7,725 square-foot lot.
It has four one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments, and three one-bedroom, one-bathroom townhomes.
Brian Raynoha of Apartment Advisors, Inc. represented the buyer and the seller.
