San Diego-based Burger Lounge has leased a space at the Palomar Place retail center in Carlsbad, for what would be the company’s 12th restaurant.
The company has signed a 10-year lease for a 2,073-square-foot space at 965 Palomar Airport Road, according to Flocke & Avoyer Commercial Real Estate, which represented the landlord, MERI Palomar Place LLC.
The value of the lease was approximately $1.1 million. Burger Lounge was represented by Location Matters Inc.
Burger Lounge, founded in 2007, currently has seven locations in San Diego County and four in the Los Angeles area.
