A Solana Beach office building has been sold for $18 million.
The Plaza at 505, 505 Lomas Santa Fe Drive, was sold by Beckman Properties to the Lansing Companies.
Lansing Companies plans to occupy 4,200 square feet on the second floor of the 22,736 square-foot building.
The seller was represented by Joe Anderson and Brooks Campbell of Cushman & Wakefield’s Private Capital Group.
The buyer was represented by Peter Curry of Cushman & Wakefield’s Private Capital Group.
“This is a sophisticated office asset along the San Diego coast that the buyer can both utilize while also maintaining control of this solid income-generating asset as an investor,” Anderson said. “The unique design and quality of The Plaza at 505 offered a rare opportunity to purchase one of North County’s most desirable office buildings.”
