Stos Partners based in Encinitas has acquired a Rolando Village apartment complex for nearly $4.3 million.
The property at 6752 Solita Ave. was sold by MF Panda Nr Owner CA LP.
The 9,500 square-foot complex has 10 three-bedroom, two-bathroom cottages with private patios.
Peter Scepanovic and Corey McHenry from Colliers International represented Stos Partners.
