CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) has chosen Rebecca Bodemann as its president for 2022.
Bodemann is vice president of sales at Xpedient Communications.
“Our board plans to prioritize deal-making between members during the upcoming year while continuing to offer valuable, educational, and fun events, presentations, and mentorship opportunities,” said Bodemann. “2022 will also be the first full year of operating our new 501 (c)(6) organization, CREW San Diego Building Futures Foundation, dubbed CREW BFF.”
A scholarship program funded through CREW BFF will support CREW San Diego members as they pursue university-level education that will lead to careers in commercial real estate in San Diego, Bodemann said.
CREW San Diego also chose Molly Addington of Wells Fargo bank as president-elect, Andrea Ventola of AVI-SPL as secretary, Julie Kilpatrick of the University of California San Diego as treasurer, Sammey Jo Smith of Commscope, Inc. as director-at-large for membership, Penny Maus of the City of San Diego as director of sponsorship, Tracy Morran of HED as director of education and programs, Catherine McCullough of McCullough Landscape Architecture as director of marketing and communications, Wendy Hoier of Casco Contractors as director of special events, Liz Henderson Doll of Alexandria Real Estate Equities as director of career outreach, and Sarah Giardini of Cisterra Development as foundation delegate.
