The property at 320-330 Walnut Ave. was bought by 320 Walnut Ave., LLC.
The seller was Nayudo Trust.
Pelican Cove has 10 rooms totaling 5,620 square feet on a 10,859-square-foot lot.
The buyer was represented by James V. Carter, senior managing partner of Apartment Realty Group (ARG), and Anastasia Duboshina, senior associate of ARG.
