A North Park condominium project has been sold for nearly $3.2 million.
The eight-unit project at 3928 Alabama St. was bought by Alabama HDG, LLC.
The seller was Pacific Asset Applications, LLC.
Benn Vogelsang of South Coast Commercial, Inc. represented the seller.
John Reeves represented the buyer.
The property has a mix of two-bedroom, 1½-bathroom apartments of 775 square feet and one-bedroom apartments of 550 square feet.
