A North Park apartment complex has been sold for $3.3 million.
Rise Investments, LLC and David Hamilton bought the property at 4559 Hamilton St.
The seller was Pasterkiewicz Living Trust 11-23-99.
The property has nine apartments – three two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments, and six one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments.
Jason Lee of JLM Real Estate represented the buyers and the seller.
