Encinitas-based Stos Partners in a joint venture with Boston-based Long Wharf Capital has sold a Miramar industrial building to EverWest Real Estate Investors for $17.3 million.
The 55,000 square-foot building at 9431 Dowdy Drive has dock-high loading space, storage space, and a security system with a fenced-in lot.
Stos and EverWest bought the property in 2020 for $11 million.
Bryce Aberg and Brant Aberg of Cushman & Wakefield represented EverWest.
Together with Zachary Hardman of Cushman & Wakefield, they also represented Stos Partners.
