A Little Italy apartment building has been sold for $7.2 million.
The property at 2104 Columbia St. was bought by A&P Mojaver Trust.
The seller was the Newkirk Family Trust.
Built in 2015, the building has five one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments and five two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments.
Brendan Flynn of South Coast Commercial represented both parties in the sale.
