A Hillcrest apartment building has been sold for nearly $5.6 million.
IIP Anderson, LLC bought the 8,732 square-foot building at 526-528 Anderson Place.
The seller was Anderson-Decorte, LLC.
Terry Moore of ACI Apartments represented the seller.
Will Creagan of Southwest Equity Partners represented the buyer.
