An El Cajon apartment complex has been sold for nearly $6.1 million.The Lincoln Washington Apartments, 685 S Lincoln Ave., was acquired by Stos Partners of Encinitas.
The seller was Lincoln Washington Partnership of El Cajon.
The complex has 25 two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments of about 900 square feet.
Bryan Underwood of Responsible Real Estate represented the seller.
Benn Vogelsang of South Coast Commercial, Inc. represented the buyer.
